Platform Definition

"Platform" refers to all services provided by Preonz, including the website (preonz.com) and the application platform (app.preonz.com).

Eligibility and Accounts

Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating or using an account on the Platform.

Access and Subscription

Preonz offers limited access for free users and paid subscription plans with extended features.

Billing and Renewal: subscriptions may be monthly or annual. Payments are processed via third-party providers such as Paddle or Stripe. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize automatic recurring billing, and subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

Cancellation: users may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle. Access continues until the end of the billing period.

Pricing Changes: Preonz reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Changes will apply to future billing cycles and will be communicated where applicable.

Refund Policy: all payments are final and non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be provided for partial subscription periods, unused features, or early cancellation.

License and Permitted Use

Preonz grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for internal business or evaluation purposes.

Access is restricted to the number of users or seats purchased. Account sharing beyond permitted limits is not allowed.

Acceptable Use

Preonz reserves the right to monitor usage patterns and restrict access where usage is deemed excessive, abusive, or inconsistent with intended platform use.

• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to extract data.
• Systematically download, export, or replicate datasets beyond permitted functionality.
• Reverse engineer models, algorithms, or methodologies.
• Use outputs to build competing products, datasets, or services.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit platform data.
• Circumvent access controls, rate limits, or subscription restrictions.

Data and Accuracy Disclaimer

Preonz provides analyst-created insights, aggregated and modeled data, forecasts, and simulations.

All outputs are based on available data and assumptions, are subject to change, and may not be complete or fully accurate.

No Advice

Preonz provides decision-support tools and market intelligence. It does not provide investment, financial, or legal advice.

Users are responsible for decisions made using the Platform.

Intellectual Property

All content, data, models, and methodologies are owned by Preonz.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use such materials beyond permitted use without prior authorization.

Service Availability

Preonz may modify or update features, improve models and data, or temporarily restrict access.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Termination

Preonz may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, violation of these Terms, or misuse or abuse of the Platform.

Limitation of Liability

Force Majeure

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
