By accessing or using the Platform, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using any services provided through the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
PREONZ is a subscription-based decision intelligence platform that provides market intelligence, business intelligence, analytics, research, evaluation, and related information services.
The Platform may include data, insights, analysis, forecasts, models, software tools, visualizations, reports, research outputs, and other informational content made available through the Platform.
PREONZ may modify, improve, expand, reduce, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating and maintaining an account.
You must promptly notify PREONZ of any unauthorized use of your account.
PREONZ reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information or are used in violation of these Terms.
Access to certain features, content, and services may require an active subscription.
Subscription plans, features, usage limits, access rights, and pricing may vary and are described on the Platform at the time of purchase.
PREONZ may modify subscription plans, features, or pricing from time to time. Any pricing changes will apply prospectively and will not affect completed billing periods.
Subscription fees and other charges are billed according to the plan or service selected.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. By submitting payment information, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the selected payment method for all applicable fees and charges.
Where subscriptions renew automatically, you authorize recurring billing until the subscription is cancelled or otherwise terminated in accordance with these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing and payment information.
Failure to successfully process payment may result in suspension, restriction, or termination of access to the Platform.
You may cancel a subscription before the next renewal date through the available account controls or by contacting PREONZ support.
Unless otherwise stated, cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for fees already paid.
Access may continue until the end of the applicable paid billing period.
Except where required by applicable law, payment provider policies, or expressly approved by PREONZ, payments are generally non-refundable.
Refund eligibility may vary depending on the type of subscription, service, purchase, or applicable legal requirements.
PREONZ reserves the right to determine appropriate remedies for service-related issues, including refunds, credits, replacement services, or other reasonable resolutions where appropriate.
Subject to these Terms, PREONZ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for lawful internal business, research, evaluation, planning, and decision-support purposes.
This license does not transfer ownership of any PREONZ intellectual property, content, data, software, methodologies, or materials.

PREONZ reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action regarding any misuse of the Platform.
The Platform provides informational content, data, analysis, estimates, forecasts, research outputs, models, and other intelligence-related materials.
Such information may be derived from internal methodologies, third-party sources, publicly available information, user-provided inputs, assumptions, estimates, and analytical models.
PREONZ does not guarantee that any information, analysis, forecasts, or outputs are complete, accurate, current, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.
Users should independently evaluate information before making business, commercial, investment, operational, or strategic decisions.
PREONZ provides information and decision-support resources only.
PREONZ does not provide legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment, regulatory, or other professional advice.
Any decisions made using information obtained through the Platform are solely the responsibility of the user.
All Platform content, software, designs, trademarks, logos, data structures, methodologies, research materials, models, visualizations, and related intellectual property are owned by PREONZ, DataString Consulting Pvt Ltd, or their respective licensors.
Except as expressly permitted, no content or material from the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, transmitted, sold, licensed, or otherwise used without prior written permission.
PREONZ does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free access to the Platform.
The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, security events, infrastructure failures, third-party service interruptions, or circumstances beyond PREONZ's reasonable control.
PREONZ may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, service, or functionality at any time.
PREONZ may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Platform where:
Termination or suspension does not limit any rights or remedies available to PREONZ under applicable law.
The Platform may rely on third-party providers for payment processing, hosting, analytics, communications, authentication, infrastructure, or other operational services.
PREONZ is not responsible for interruptions, errors, delays, or policies attributable to third-party services beyond PREONZ's reasonable control.
Use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and policies imposed by the relevant provider.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PREONZ and DataString Consulting Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business opportunities, revenue, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings arising from or relating to use of the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PREONZ's aggregate liability arising from the Platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user to PREONZ during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
PREONZ shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, failures, or inability to perform resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, infrastructure failures, cyber incidents, internet outages, labor disputes, governmental actions, payment provider failures, or other external events.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Subject to applicable law, the courts having jurisdiction over Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform.
PREONZ may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated versions will be posted on the Platform together with the revised effective date.
Your continued use of the Platform after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
